Thank you for shopping with SKN Peace. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of significant delays when applicable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is determined at our discretion unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

SKN Peace is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

SKN Peace is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed after transfer to the carrier

  • Affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
